"We loved this property, from the moment you check in they do all that they can for you. They had people take our bags to our room while we enjoyed complementary afternoon tea. We were also treated to a free cruise to Murano glass which was amazing. The area itself is full of eateries, gift shops and little lane streets for you to explore. "

"Rooms were nice and clean. Location was good to pick up transportation BUS to go to Venice, Near by a couple of good option for lunch and or dinner. They don't have parking, there is 2 locations for parking, the one under the bridge there is 2 guys with orange vest saying they are in charge I paid one of them and at the end I still got a ticked that notice was on the windshield wiper until we got to Milan, couldn't paid it in Italy so I am expecting a ticket on the mail. "

"Clean, friendly staff, convenient location near train station, good breakfast, but a bit limited amenities, for example we got a welcome bottle of champagne that we could not consume as it was room temperature, and there's no refrigerator in the room, nor ice machine. Breakfast room is a bit small, but works and selection was great. "
