“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“The breakfast was okay but when reserving it does not give you option to add breakfast, and the breakfast was not good enough to pay for. The staff were very rude in the morning, about paying for breakfast when asked about it. They gave us vouchers for it and told us to put them in a cup before we go into the dining area, while there we noticed no one else had a ticket which seemed to be a must to be able to eat.
