“I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible……

“Let me start by saying that at no point before check-in was a $200 deposit mentioned, which was already frustrating. When I arrived at my room, it was clearly not properly cleaned. There was hair and visible dirt on the sheets, and to make matters worse, there was a child’s toy left between the sheets and the cover. That is completely unacceptable. The property also advertises “no parties,” yet there were multiple rooms clearly hosting parties throughout the weekend. On top of that, room doors……
