"My room was spotless but the elevators were bad! Food, pop , sticky floors. They definitely could use some cleaning. Front desk bar staff were awesome. Shuttle service and driver was great! "

"My flight was delayed but I got picked up at PDX so quickly and was in my clean comfortable bed in no time. I really appreciate the 12pm check out- so i was able to get a full night's sleep without having to worry about checking out on time. Even thr complimentary coffee in the lobby was good. Only room for improvement- i could not find a water fountain or water bottle refill station downstairs before leaving."

"Cool trendy hotel in the heart of downtown. Great bed, clean room, easy to walk everywhere. Hotel has food and a bar in the lobby. Had a great time hanging out there. The staff was awesome at pointing out places to check out, too. Great experience all around."

"Staff is simply amazing. Friendly, warm, welcoming, kind. I mean awesomely amazing. Hotel is wonderful. Clean, bright. We love the art, the feel of the lobby, all of it. Homeless are near, but no issues, no feeling of danger; to the contrary, it all feels very safe. Took valet parking for $48 a night. You can just as easily find parking a block away, uncovered, for half that. But not a big deal either way. Valet staff very friendly, too. Brought two pups with us. it's all been very smooth....

"I can’t say enough great things about this hotel and the staff. Very clean and spacious room but most of all the kind staff was amazing. I left a pretty expensive item in the room and they went above and beyond to find it and have it sent back to me. 5 stars all around "

"We arrived very late but were able to check in. They were friendly and accommodating. Loved the voucher for a good breakfast. We were only there for one night so the lack of a closet wasn’t a big deal. Lots of other things attached to the property including a movie theater, restaurant and convenience store."

"A good one-night stop on our road trip. Secure parking, complimentary drink, soup and breadsticks when we arrived, and a great breakfast (with omelet bar) in the morning. Clean, up-to-date hotel."
