Cuando llegue me dijeron que no se podia hacer una entrada temprano que la persona que me dijo que si no sabia nada.el manager me trato muy mal. Pero lo mas incleible es que cuando revise mi extrato bancario me di cuenta que no medejaron hacer la entra temprano pero si me cobraron. Y ya les envío mensajes los llamo y no he optenido una respuesta"

"Bath drain totally blocked it need 2 hours to put almost functional. Electrical Outlets damaged and hold in the drywalls. High Noise from other rooms. My from smell strong like urine. I booked 2 bed they gave us for 3 people 1 king size. Breakfast for $14 result 1 orange or apple 1 juice or soda and 1 bread or nothing else, it was delivery in a small counter like a tikect seller POS, woman taking a list and notes like a jail, people in line in the lobby beside check in and check out seems central station. Parking lot offered with announced fix rate daily, no matter what they charge $87 for 18 hours and hotel said they are different company. Hotel representative gave me $45 off by something as time sharing police and when I claim more matters they said $100 off but this bad attention and situation deserve be free no any money at all. Staff in the lobby show high stress and one of their leader all the time was upset while he was talking with other. New York is not New York any more. I will never return there and it is so sad, it was my preferred place to go and by far, and I have visited more than 100 times and most than any other place. I travel millions miles from Miami to Caracas mostly and I select go firts for one day or more to Manhattan a place that every one charge enough energy to feel grate. I miss that "

"Well I was confused when I checked in , you go into a lower small lobby then take an elevator up to ck in desk just a really strange set up . Overall if you need a few days and don’t expect luxury the beds are comfortable and it’s clean just basic older hotel . Absolutely not worth the nightly rate . The elevators are always in use there is a constant crowd of people trying to go up or down snd there is a line to go down the elevator to go out of the hotel . It’s just so bizarre. Hotel is old nothing fancy . Location is excellent right in time square . Excellent steak house right next door . The staff in the front is extremely nice and informative. Again strange things in this hotel . No microwave and no coffee maker , I called on the last day of the stay to see if the kitchen can warm up my food and they said oh we can send a microwave to your room I guess you have to ask for a microwave or a coffee maker very strange . I’m just used to these things being a basic thing when you rent a hotel especially a high end hotel . In the the shower you have to get all wet with cold water when you turn it on and the soap is placed on the same side as the shower head instead of the opposite side like it’s supposed to . Just everything is out of place . Finally the biggest blow is check out I payed close to 400 bucks on resort fee I was like for what ? A low budget no name brand hectic chaotic elevator situation hotel that’s not updated. . Very disappointing. Cute though !"
