“Great place to stay!! Very clean and extremely close to local attractions. ”

“There might be several reasons to stay at the Rack Shack. Ours was the location, not far from Fallingwater which we visited the following morning. Also, the modest price for an entire cabin was appreciated. Visiting from northern Maine we were right at home with the antlers and taxidermy. And if you look past the furry decor you'll see that the building is far from a shack....it's finished nicely, all buttoned up, clean and comfy. Quite secluded, with nice a outdoor area, along a dirt……

“Great location. No complaints. Just be mindful of the weather if you visit during winter. We came from Florida and wanted to see some snow...and we did....along with the -4 wind chill. ”

“Perfect location right on the trail - which is beautiful. walking/running/biking. The location allows the ability to walk anywhere you need downtown, which is a little sleepy but cute nonetheless. We weren't ready for the trains, which arrived every hour to two hours throughout the night, as the railroad is just a couple of hundred feet away—(Sunday night stay - not sure if this matters, which night of the week). ”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The property is centrally located to the ski resorts and much more appropriately priced relative to the surrounding options. Very comfortable bedrooms, a full kitchen, and 1.5 baths...PERFECT!! Will stay again and definitely recommend.”

“The loft was just the prescription that two very tired people needed! The cozy atmosphere, and beautiful decor made it such a great place to rest. My husband loved the pond and caught so many fish! We took a few “day trips” to nearby attractions and ate at several restaurants in town, such good food!!!! ”
