“Beautiful place! Clean and comfortable. Nice location with easy access to main roads and highways. Restaurants nearby and groceries. The property was very nice and pool relaxing. We had a slight check in issue that was quickly corrected with help. Definitely staying again! Con: limited kitchen items so if planning to cook you might want to bring your own supplies. Limited towels which was fine because we always pack our own. And you need the door fob for everything which honestly became……

“Convenient location for anyone visiting either Shands or UF. I needed a place on short notice to visit family at Shands and this was a great fit. Located in the back of a condominium complex it was a quiet area and felt very safe.If you need a place to sleep while in Gainesville I would recommend it. Not a big place but it is better than a hotel room in my opinion. Would rent again if I were in the area.”

“We needed a pet friendly place to stay for one night to visit family. This place was in a local spot close to the highway so very convenient. We were able to have an early check in which we appreciated. The only suggestion I have is replace the area rugs and throw pillows. They were definitely old and very used. I understand the unit is pet friendly but it would really help spruce the place up a bit and help with pet odor in general. Other than that it served its purpose. ”

“The apartment was in a great location , close to everything you would ever need … it was fully furnished with all the cooking supplies and linens. There was an issue with the appliances and some of the linen not being clean. I contacted the host and they gave me a partial refund and had some new linens sent over the same day . Communication and follow up was absolutely 10/10 … the only complaint is that I think the property needs a professional DEEP clean . Whoever is providing the cleaning……
