“There was food under the sofa bed. We had asked for a sofa bed. It was not made up. When they made it up, they didn’t bring a pillow. It was constantly having to remind them about little things. On the second day, we realized there were insects in the room. It just seems like they don’t really care now. The hot tub was not working and very dirty. The staff is great but very few staff. It’s just not worth the money now.”
