“The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member……

“It was a mediocre stay. I walked in after working all day to check in to find 3 women fighting with the check in desk about a kids birthday party allegedly being held in the pool room. The rooms were lackluster and not very comfortable. Staff was pleasant, but could tell that they are stressed out.”
