"Great friendly staff, clean facilities including rooms, bathrooms, restaurant/bar, pool area. Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Amenities were appropriate for price. Breakfast buffet was great. Best part of the stay were FREE nightly snacks and drinks from 5.30-7pm. "
"Staff was very helpful and friendly. They overbooked and did not have the original room I booked but gave us a room that actually worked out better for how many people we had staying there. They paid for our parking, and gave us snacks as a thank you for being understanding! Very clean room, breakfast was great, and very walkable area. All around great place to stay! "
"Staff is amazing and so polite. Great outside area with an outdoor pool and fire pit. Room was a great size! Super close to the mall and lots of places to eat "
"Considering what an awful day it was for the manager because all the computers were down, they did their best. We eventually did get rooms we had paid for. Felt bad for the manager. Tried to keep people happy despite lots of problems that were not her fault. "

"No hot tub as advertised. No outdoor pool as advertised. The indoor pool area was dirty, pool water looked murky and the enclosed area was hot and stuffy. Property appeared very dated and run down, poor breakfast offerings. Outside of hotel appeared quite sketchy, would not stay here again."
