"Nice place I just didn’t love the neighborhood. The house was very cool and clean. I loved the stairs, if our son was a little older he would’ve gotten a kick out of those for sure! Someone kept opening the gate to the backyard which was strange and a bit uneasy. The two times we ate right by the house we didn’t feel comfortable. "We had a busy weekend in Cinic and really needed somewhere to rest. Well this place was that and WAY more. My teens want to rent it again to be able to spend more time there! It had comfortable beds, it was walking distance to a lot of cool stuff, it had a lot of things to do inside. Not to mention it was a cool turn of the century home that has been renovated so it was a lot of charm. We also loved the quirky decorations! Definitely will rent again!"

"We were in town for Xavier's Graduation - kids, parents, grandparents - lots of space to hang out. Parking was a challenge - the space behind the house is good for smaller cars but was a little too tight for my full size Yukon. The owner was great to talk with. They even sent over new baking dishes/bowls for us during our stay. Very accommodating."

"We were in town for Xavier graduation weekend. This house was perfect! It was close to everything: Xavier, UC, downtown, restaurants, etc. The house clean, well stocked, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The owners were easy to communicate with leading up to our stay and check-in was easy. Would definitely consider staying here again."
