“I booked a stay at the Beaucatcher in August 2025 and had a great time. The hotel was cute, very reasonably priced, and close to download Asheville (although not quite close enough to walk there). Moreover, the manager was extremely gracious to give me a partial refund for an accidental overbooking (I booked a room for myself and a friend, and my friend also booked a room due to a miscommunication). He didn't have to do that, but he did because he was a good person. I will definitely stay……

“Being a native of Brevard I’ve never stayed here until now. Wow! I was proud of this little gem! Didn’t have much interaction with staff but when I did, they were friendly and helpful! “You won’t find a better property in chimney rock. They did a great job with the updates to the grounds and the rooms. The “backyard” is amazing. The only negative to come by is the $50 charge to check in early. $50 for a couple hours? If the room is ready, let the guests in! I know it’s policy and I get it. Lots of hotels try it, just pet peeve of mine when traveling. Again though, just an amazing spot!”
