“Great location and a beautiful hotel.”

“酒店的装修非常艺术化，有个性。 但是酒店的工作人员不够专业。清洁工收拾了房间后，没有及时补充新的物品，比如浴巾，水。前台没有及时提醒我们酒店到停车库的交通路线。 ”

“Unfortunately this was not a good stay for me. It was my graduation weekend and nothing was up to par. For one, the hot tub was out of order and the pool was freezing cold. It was booked that hotel purposely for hot tub, so it was very disappointing. For second, the air conditioning the first night was terrible. We had to open a window. A mechanic came the next day but had to go in and out our room; very uncomfortable. Lastly, the hotels restaurant “Bristo” closed so we weren’t able to get food……

“Do not, I repeat DO NOT stay at this property. I had a day trip to Virginia and needed a quick place to stay. When I arrived first red flag were kids playing in the parking lot. Not to say that they can’t play, but it was obvious these kids lived at the property. When I got inside the room, it smelled like cigarettes, the beds were just mattresses on spring frames, pillows were different sizes, bathroom was dirty. Even though the surface of the bed didn’t have any stains, if I had a black light……

“This place was disgusting. I do not recommend at all. Everything was dirty, pillows had black mold, when I mentioned to the guy that worked there about how it’s not what’s shown in pics he said there pictures are false adviti. Pool is green, extremely dirty. I’m more then positive people actually live there.”

“Was a last minute for this booking, I guess we got the old room instead of a newer room the linen on bed could have been little cleaner was stains all over sheets could not sleep on it had to buy sheets to relax. The towels need to be replaced stains and everything on the towels just not a good experience for me and my family.”
