"Staff was harassing us from the start. We went there for vacation and they constantly pressuring us to attend some events that we were not interested in. At one point a staff member followed us outside of the hotel and asked us where we were going. We don’t feel comfortable going back until her shift was over. "

"It is on the ocean nice pools only 1 restaurant included in All Inclusive. Some rooms are updated and some are not. The location is perfect if you want to be in Zona Romantic area!"

"I arrived a little before 3 which 3 was check in, room wasn’t ready, the bus boy was the only person that was friendly and helpful."

"Hotel staff is always fantastic here. So very kind and helpful! I hope they figure out the pool chair situation as only some of them have been replaced and my butt hit the ground when I sat in a few of the plastic ones this year. The newer rattan chairs are much better quality and safer. Hope they’re the norm on our next visit. By far, the BEST juevos rancheros in Puerto Vallarta!!!"

"I love this hotel and have stayed here before, which is why I would gladly stay again. Unfortunately, the hot water was a problem during this visit. I took three showers and two of them were cold. I also had some difficulty with the door locks—it often took several tries to get the door to open. That said, there are many things this hotel does very well. The breakfast is excellent. It’s made-to-order with a good selection, which I really appreciated. The best part of the hotel is the employees. They are professional, friendly, and very helpful, which makes a big difference in the overall experience. The location is also fantastic. It feels very safe and is directly across the street from the beach. I stayed in one of the more affordable rooms, so I didn’t have a water view, but the room was large, quiet, and extremely clean. It also had a small kitchenette, which would be great for families. The room was very comfortable overall. Because I enjoy this hotel and have stayed here before, I hope they address the hot water issue and improve the door locks. If they do, it will make a very good hotel even better. "

"Pros: In the afternoon you can hear the waves + Friendly guests +nice breeze *afternoon only +good breakfast +great sliding doors and water pressure ✔ + water refilling station Cons: - You cannot open the patio doors in the morning to enjoy the smell of the ocean or sound of the waves because all you get is the smell of the overpowering kitchen. - Wi-Fi is not great for digital work or videos - For the price my expectation is they would have streaming services but they do not They only have really Spotty signal TV."
