Our room was attended to multiple times per day with fresh towels and chocolates in abundance. Luis made sure our breakfasts were wonderful and gave us great travel tips to start each day. “This special place is in an ideal location. Walking distance to everything in the central and romantic zones and far enough from the busy area for a quiet retreat. The rooms have views of the jungle and along the walk along the river just across the street you can find parrots, iguanas and occasionally a crocodile. Staff are friendly and responsive and rooms are spacious and quiet. We had a wonderful time here and with all we did in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. ”

“The hotel, while not splashy, was absolutely immaculate and the staff incredible. During the lockdown, they fit us three meals a day, they went above and beyond. It’s located on a quiet street but close to everything.”

“The cave room is seriously something special. I don’t know the story but it must have been someone’s home years and years ago. You can tell they put a lot of thought and intention (and money!) into building this unique space. It’s the perfect little oasis nestled into the mountain. Sure the finishes are older and you're basically sleeping outside (lol) but once you’re used to the sounds at night, I always felt safe and slept like a baby! “I can't say enough good about The staff and amenities at Casa Nicole! I was there with my 2 children during the cartel violence. The General Manager & main doorman treated us so well. They made sure we were safe, and had food. They fed us when they fed their staff, when nothing else was open. They checked on us and helped us safely get to the airport. I will never stay anywhere else and I am forever grateful for how they looked out for us in a crisis situation! May God Bless them.”
