"We could not have been happier with our choice of this hotel. From walking in the front doors to the day our cab picked us up to leave. The staff are amazing, the included breakfast was fantastic (so much to chose from). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location could not have been any better. Walking around was great. I would stay again!!"

"The whole hotel was top notch except EXCEPT the musty smell in our room. And the sewer smell in our room..we figured it out. Wasn't from the bathroom..nor outside. It was the AC vents. Very gross. So we left the balcony door open partways day and night and survived. I give it a 3.instead of a 1 because the whole resort is beautiful. Food is amazing. It's right on the beach. And the room.itself looks great and beds very comfortable but that smell!!!!!"

"I love this property. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and the hotel location is in the heart of old town where you can walk to everything. The pool is in the courtyard and feels like a cenote. The restaurant has excellent service and all the food is delicious. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with good A/C. Across the street from the malecon sea walk and all the shops and restaurants. "

"Really enjoyed the breakfast..it was prepared well and was served fresh. The property’s location is perfect. Super close to Malecon, 15 mins walk to zona romantica. Lots of food and entertainment options around the property. Immersive to local culture. Only downside was the weird sewerage smell emancipating from the bathroom. It was quite unpleasant. Rest was all good. Can recommend. "
