“This hotel is wonderful! The people working there are very friendly and kind. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, air conditioning and breakfast is included. The property is well maintained, beautiful, and full of gorgeous plants. There is a rooftop pool and lounge area with a view of the ocean. I’m looking forward to visiting this hotel again!”

“The gym was well appointed and very clean. We didn't go to the bar but it looked well stocked and staffed. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day and was light and airy. Good A/C and overhead fan.Nice balcony overlooking the outside dining area. The staff are amazing. ”

“A 15 min walk to the Malecon. The neighbourhood was definitely, off the beaten path, but we always felt safe working both day and evening. ”

“The room had a great view of the ocean. There is also a rooftop view available to others without a view (our view was enough in our case). The a/c worked well. The staff were always available when we needed them and helped us out a few times with directions. This was very helpful when we attempted the bus! I would not recommend if you have a wheelchair, walker or other mobility issues (but then, PVR itself would be an issue). Loved this place, very clean, modern and comfortable.”

“Amazing ocean views from our room. Ideal sunsets every night. View for fireworks off the pirate ship. Staff was so nice, accommodating, helpful on directions, arranging cabs, and local food spots. Property was very clean and our rooms were also kept clean! Daily breakfast was served and we were able to pick any items off the menu. Rooftop had a pool and bar where you could order snacks and drinks. Walking distance to the Malecon ”

“Rooms are large and have plenty of seating/relaxing area with great views from the balcony. Kitchen is has all items needed for cooking. Washer/dryer in unit. Location is 5-10 min walk downhill (with lower entry gate on the main road) to town and beach area. Uphill return walk takes longer. ”

“We had a really great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. The location is excellent—just over a very walkable bridge to Zona Romántica, which made it easy to explore while still enjoying a slightly quieter setting. The staff truly stood out: warm, friendly, and always going out of their way to help with anything we needed. The cooked-to-order breakfasts were another highlight—fresh, delicious, and a perfect way to start the day. Our room had a beautiful view over Centro,……

“Yes except no stuff to wash dishes or wipe counters. The room with cleaning supplies only had trash bags and cleaning products not a way to wash dishes or wipe counters. But overall excellent check in service and clean friendly atmosphere ”

“Absolutely fantastic location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our particular unit wasn’t the best as the sliding glass doors opened into a window well so there wasn’t a lot of natural light. Also the pool was super small (too small to swim in). But the location was great. We did use the pool as a dip and cool off pool. The rooftop lounging area was nice too. ”
