"My friends and I have stayed in many villas over the years and this is definitely our favourite's. It is in the perfect location for shops etc. it is set in beautiful gardens with a fabulous pool and is very private. It has a lovely feel about it, is very clean and tastefully decorated. Nothing negative to say. Would highly recommend."

"We absolutely loved this property - the photos don't do justice to how beautiful it is. The attention to detail at check-in was perfect, to include the substantial welcome package of food and drinks. We took several day trips via our rental car / ferry (Ronda, Gibraltar, Morocco), though our favorite moments were at the house and nearby in Estepona. We would love to come back one day."

"Villa itself is basic but very clean outside area is lovely couldn’t get our son out of the pool. Burger King, chemist and supermarket within 5 min walk. If you cross over the rd and walk between nudist resort and hotel and turn left you can walk along the beach all the way to the port with restaurants and bars. Would have been nice if someone had greeted us at villa and told us about local area as we only realised we could walk all the way down a couple of days before leaving. Martin was great...

"Cliff is a super host, great communication from initial booking to check out. The property is so big you can get lost in it. Decent spec and beautiful location, a little bit away from peurto banus, and about 30 minutes taxi from marbella old town. Taxis are cheap and easy to access from bolt/uber. Would recommend this property to anyone, and will be sure to stay again."

"Amazing property in a beautiful spanish mountain village. Both the owners and the property manager were extrmemly reliable. Our messages were answered promptly and any concerns were addressed. The pool and the gardens are stunning! The amount of effort that goes into the upkeep of this property is incredible. The only downside of the property really is the wifi. "If you want tranquility and stunning views this villa will not dissappoint. Very handy short drive into the pretty village with some small supermarkets which stocked all the essentials you will need for your stay. The villa itself was a little dated and could do with some tlc but not enough to spoil your stay. "There was seven in our party and We stayed for 10 fantastic days. The outside space and pool area are lovely and have multiple seating areas, the pool area did not have lights but this allowed for some impressive star gazing and did not stop us using the pool until late into the evening. "Villa is up a very steep road and visitors probably should be aware of that. Was very well kitted out and ideal for our needs as a group of 8 golfers. Having two z beds in one bedroom seems a bit penny pinching. Should be proper beds. Little tired and needing a bit of an upgrade."

"It is a lovely villa nestled peacefully on the edge of a small Spanish community a short walk from the beach and a reasonable walk along the beach to the old town. We all loved the pool and there was plenty of space inside and outside for a large group. It was very comfortable and relaxing . Estepona old town is beautiful and great to explore but we were always happy to get back to the villa."
