The staff at the front desk had little to any customer service skills sadly they were too busy talking amoungst themselves. The hotel had a pool and the path from the pool to anywhere in the lobby was completely wet.

Travel to NY often. The Arlo always is a great stay. Clean, smells amazing, good vibes, friendly/stylish staff, great decor, reasonably priced. Just do it. Stay here. Perfect for solo travel.

Our stay was a family trip we reserved 2 rooms and we were no where near eachother. One room was on 2nd floor other on 5th floor. Which was not ideal. Breakfast was very good but very hard when it was super busy. Think the would benefit in opening up the room where the food is take down the wall and make it one big open area . But everything was tastey and hot or cold. Perfect temps. Staff was wonderful and kind. We would absolutely go back.

For the price and location it is fantastic. It is centrally located to everything in Paramus. Been staying at this hotel 3-4 times a year for the past 5 years! Always consistent.Clean, safe and nice staff.

Love staying at SpringHill Suites whenever I am in the area. Hotel is clean, up to date, has free breakfast, and is close to many restaurants, American Dream and the City!

So much to love about this place! This was our first trip to see NYC and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay just outside of the city. Take the NJ 158 bus right on in to Times Square. Take the same bus back and drops off right in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and a great option for families with a separate living area that includes a full size fridge and kitchen area. I little outdated and too close to the highway,you can hear the cars

Everything was fine. The breakfast was pretty lame, but was as advertised. I have learned, and so should you, not to just go on the overall rating on this website, but pull up the recent reviews. That's what tells the story. I eliminated several other hotels before landing on this one and consequently booked two rooms for coworkers the following week. I had no issues at this hotel and the recent reviews accurately reflect the experience you should expect.
