"Our first room had multiple issues like shower drain, no ice bucket or phone, broken refrigerator that leaked icy water. Staff were initially unhelpful but finally switched our room on the last of 3 nights."

"Stayed here so we can visit Niagara Falls. It is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Close to airport. Bed was squeaky, but comfortable. Love the pillows. Carpet in room and hallway needs some love and care. Overall, it was a good stay."

"The staff were amazingly helpful and felt like they went out of their way to make certain our stay was perfect. Valet parking was a nice perk as well as the complimentary morning breakfast that included a pancake making machine and a very friendly breakfast hostess."
