"Great stay "

"I enjoyed the area. We came to Toronto to celebrate our Anniversary at the Raptors game on the sunday. We came in on the Saturday and stayed until Monday. The first room we were in had no heat. I went to the front desk and they changed our room on the Sunday with a free upgrade which was so sweet. I was very grateful for that. Very friendly staff. So nice and always smiling. Location is great walking distance to so many things. Eaton center was 5minute walk away. Great location for food. Every corner you looked there was food options. That was so good. Overall I would give it at 8/10. Its an older hotel but has charm to it. Hearing sirens throughout the night was annoying but i cant blame the hotel. First time to Toronto so I was not yse to that. This is a great hotel if you are looking or entertainment near by. "

"We stayed here for 4 nights with my son and overall had a really great experience. This was actually our second stay, and we would definitely return again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping came daily which we really appreciated. The front desk team was excellent — friendly, helpful, and very accommodating throughout our stay. They even gave us multiple $15 coupons to use at the restaurant downstairs, which was a nice touch. We had lunch there a few times and the food was always good with great service. It made things very convenient during our stay. The only area that really needs improvement is the pool and gym area. The hot tub unfortunately looked quite dirty — I noticed hair and particles floating in the water, which wasn’t very appealing. The gym equipment is also quite outdated and some machines didn’t seem to be working properly. Aside from that, everything else about our stay was positive. The staff were wonderful and the hotel itself is comfortable and well located. With some updates to the pool and gym area, this place would be even better. We will definitely consider staying here again."
