Okay hotel but too far away

Posted Aug 15, 2015
The hotel is fine and the staff are helpful and great but it is too far away from beaches and the main part of the resort. You either eat in the hotel or get a cab. It was quite noisy at night so not great if you like to go to bed at a decent time and sleep

Pros: Clean, beautiful building, large outdoor pool, friendly and helpful staff, proximity to Downtown area.
Cons: Better wifi, more frequent shuttle service to the beach or a night shuttle.
Location: It seems like it's in the middle of no where but it's a few minutes' drive away from good restaurants.
The hotel is beautifully designed and excellent for the price. It's a bit far from the beach, but the hotel provides a shuttle to the beach. The bus system is also pretty simple. If you get that down, you could go anywhere. The wifi wasn't the greatest in our room, but it got the job done. If you really need it, the hotel has a conference room with computers for guests - the wifi works best here. The hotel is located near the Downtown area, so there are quite a few good restaurants just a few minutes by cab.

Always a wonderful place to stay!

We used to come to this hotel when it was called Radisson Hacienda. It is now Adhara and the quality of service, cleanliness, value for money, breakfast, and decor have all been upped a notch. Luckily the staff has remained through the changes, as they are absolutely wonderful characters whose personalities are what bring us back to the hotel each year. Adhara is a stylish hotel located in downtown Cancun. It is a quiet neighborhood, but a short walk to many cool restaurants/bars/bus station. Ask anyone at the hotel for directions to La Parilla (one of our favorite dinner spots) and you will be headed in the right direction for night life and activities. Best laundry spot across the street-La Brisa-will have your clothes washed, pressed, and folded in the same day. The hotel also offers a daily shuttle to the beaches at hotel zone for those looking for an outing. What's not to love about this hotel? It keeps getting better.

Pros: The staff in restaurant and bar area the best
We have stayed in the Adhara at least 8 times and really enjoy it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We really like the location as it is close to the ADO bus depot. Very nice pool and patio.

We really enjoyed staying at Adhara Hacienda Hotel. The hotel, food and staff were all great. The breakfast buffet was very nice and included eggs and omletes made to order, fresh juices and fruits and much more! Excellent for the price!

Very comfortable rooms, though there was no fridge. Loved the pool area and its bar.
