I enjoyed the beach and the hotel overall, but the hotel is very outdated and the food is not that good, we had to wait in very long lines to eat and there aren’t many options. There are no seatings in the lobby, there were no activities no entertainments, you had to go outside of the hotel and personally I am used to having all of those things in the hotel. I personally believe I could’ve chose a better hotel.

Los camastros siempre “ocupados” y nadie sentado en ellos, la puerta de mi habitación al parecer no habían empujado varias veces que al serrar no estaba segura, las camas están muy gastadas con las almohadas decorativas. Los baños están muy viejos! No hay colchas gruesas para dormir. La comida del buffet aunque buena es repetitiva. Lo mejor de todo el viaje fue el barco pirata pero tienes que pagar extra! Las Playas nunca las había visto más feas y eso es mucho decir para mi que soy de NY. Regresaría a Cancún pero jamás a este hotel!

Will not recommend even to my worst enemy. What was good? Coffee & You had the best bread, Bites Food Hall has the best breakfast and service and the food in the town is delicious. What went wrong? We were given a dirty room at 3:30pm and had to wait hours to be moved to a different room with a clogged tub, broken closet, broken iron and towels. We had to use the beach towels because we didn’t get room towels until almost midnight. The customer service is horrible almost makes you feel like they are doing you a favor and that you are staying there for free. Las Palmas and Language Hacienda food is tasteless and cold ALL the time. We were there for 3.5 days and had to have lunch in town twice because the food was bad. Don’t waste your time or money. Do not recommend at all.
