Very good place to stay especially if you require a overnight in Cancun. 12 minutes from airport. Nice pool. Clean rooms. Secure parking. Friendly reception. Restraunts in walking distance. Noisy bar on one side, change your room and you will be good. Excellent price for Cancun.

Bed no breakfast

Place was great , simple single room, good bed and comfortable. Only complaint was it’s billed as bed and breakfast. It’s not. No breakfast. Other than that place is excellent. Front staff was very kind. Would definitely stay again.

The property was fine but we booked it thinking because it was close to the airport it would be more economical to just spend the night between flights. Turned out that it was almost impossible to get there from the airport. Unfortunately, it would have been cheaper and easier to book something in the center of Cancun. It's really in an out- of- the- way location, and hard to get an Uber or a taxi.

The Manager and staff are OK and tried be helpful but none of them speak English. Therefore all communication is via google translations.. Bathroom haven't smell fresh, kind stinky and getting a lot of the mosquitos. Positive side is working well A/C and free of charge coffee & tea at the entrance hallway. Still a good deal priceway for a short stay.

This is a very budget friendly property. The property has all the basics you need as a traveler. The shower works great, there is a swimming pool.The staff are super friendly and excellent. When my taxi driver didn’t show up the morning I was going for my tour. One of the staff drove me in his car to the meeting point to join the tour bus.The property is about 20 mins away from the airport.There is a 24 hour pharmacy and super market just a walking distance to the property. There’s also a restaurant close by. There’s Walmart , Starbucks and Fridays 10 minutes drive away from the property. The only down side of my room was the bathroom which needs some work done. But overall I had more than my money’s worth. If you’re traveling on a budget this is a good choice for you.

We reserved a room with 3 beds at this location because it was close to the airport and the website indicated that the hotel offered transportation to the airport. I then called and confirmed this information with the front desk and told them when we would arrive. When we arrived, the room we reserved was not available so they separated us between 2 rooms, one of which smelled horribly of raw sewage. So the 3 of us were forced to share 2 full size beds. And then they did not offer an airport shuttle, we had to pay extra for a cab. Also, this place is located in a very sketchy area of Cancun. It was run down and dirty. The beds were awfully uncomfortable and the bathroom was full of mold. I will never stay at this location again.
