There was only one chair to sit, it would be nice if they provide an arm chair so that you can sit and watch tv or read a book instead of lying on bed but the room was small to put an arm chair.

No fue muy grato que te limitarán con la mantequilla, quien come pan tostado sin mantequilla? Pero igual fue un poco molesto que al solicitarlo a la Sarita. Te lo diera como si te hiciera un favor y más triste que el último día solo me dio una mantequilla que por qué ya no tenían más...y esa misma información le dio a mi familia y solo nos dio una mantequilla por persona entonces ahí ya no entendí, había o no quería darnos? Pero bueno a veces no es el hecho que no tengan es como te lo dicen.

En general el hotel One Cancún tiene un buen servicio, lo que no me gustó es que la habitación no tenía ventilación natural ya que no se podían abrir las ventanas olía mucho a moho, lo cual es muy desagradable, aún la ropa de cama tenía impregnado ese aroma. El aire acondicionado disipaba poco el olor. Durante la noche abrimos las persianas para ver el paisaje pero la luz azul de la entrada del hotel es demasiado intensa que lastima a la vista. El personal súper amable, los alimentos del desayuno muy limpios y bien preparados. El aseo de la habitación muy bueno. Me hubiera gustado que tuvieran el servicio de gimnasio.

Great stay! Loved the staff, food, and location! Transportation was easy to arrange when needed. Only downside was my early check-in request for 11 AM wasn’t met, my guest and I had to wait over 4 hours in the hot lobby after our flight. Closer to check-in time, staff suggested we relax on the rooftop and grab lunch, which was nice, but our room still wasn’t ready until after 3 PM. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
