“Simple place to stay and great amenities”

“Rooms and property are very clean. The pool area is excellent. Perfect location right off the beach and walking distance to Congress Hall and all other area shops and restaurants. The beach tags were great to have and use also! Very convenient to have chairs and umbrellas setup on the beach for use. Will definitely stay again!”

“I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is perfect for a walk into town and quick drive to the beach. The Boarding House is upscale but not stuffy with a retro-beach vibe. Communication was excellent, and the check-in process was a breeze. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the rooftop deck and had cocktail there on our last night. My only criticism is that the parking is a little tight. Overall. Wonderful!”

“The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. ”

“When we checked in late at night we immediately had to kill some small insects in the room. Not a huge deal, we are near the beach. Then there was no shower gel in the shower to wash with. We just used shampoo instead. Also there was hair in the shower and sink. Lastly we noticed there was no tv remote anywhere. After looking we called the front desk who didn’t know what to do so asked us to hold and then hung up. After we called back we were hung up on again. Then a different representative……
