“The owners and the staff were outstanding. Extremely friendly and welcoming. They served us breakfast early because we had day trips planned and were extremely accommodating in every aspect. I will be staying at this Inn next year! Absolutely perfect in every aspect. Thank you Mark, Amy, Marissa and the others for being so welcoming. ”

“It is what it is. The hotel / motel is older. The towels need to be replaced ASAP definitely was not a fan of that and the rooms just need a refresh. The cost is what it is. Loved that they were so friendly and welcoming. Customer service was great just need a renovation o that way you feel like you can relax in the space. ”

“Staff was very friendly but during check in I was bothered by another potential guest that made me feel extremely uncomfortable by asking if I wanted to "split a room". I very quickly told them no, and staff just responded in a manner that felt like they were just trying to save their company's reputation. Ok... I get into my room and it's freezing cold. Wall unit took hours to warm up the room and even then the floor remained ice cold for some reason. Shower definitely needs to be cleaned……

“There was no one in the office and the office was locked when I got there. I had to call a number and wait 20 minutes for someone to come check me in. There was a pass code you had to press into the doorknob to unlock the door. The code was the room number three times (room 23, unlock code 232323) and no dead bolt. Poor security. The furniture was old and mismatched and the room smelled very moldy. There was no cable television, you had to use your own logins for streaming apps to watch tv.……

“We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this……

“This little gem is fabulous- can't wait to go back!!!!!”

“There were ants in our bathroom when we arrived and the manager very quickly assigned us the room. The apple juice dispenser in the breakfast room was water and the orange juice had a dark color to it and tasted a bit on the sour side. I told the girl at the front desk about it that morning. The next morning they were both the same. The parking is convenient and the rooms are clean. Check out the General Store a couple blocks up the street across the main intersection. All kinds of trinkets!”
