Staff was excellent— Especially Erika at breakfast. My husband really liked the food options as well. Incredibly walkable to numerous restaurants & theatre venues.
Being downtown Chicago, it is LOUD— but everything else was wonderful.
Clean, safe property, fantastic location. It took nearly an hour to retrieve our vehicle from valet parking after checkout despite being told to allow 10 minutes. This greatly impacted our plans after checkout. Hotel itself was great.
Location, location, location! If you have business, appointments, or meetings to attend downtown, this is a very convenient place to stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was okay.
The noise outside made it a little difficult for us to sleep, but the location more than made up for it. Being just an 8-minute walk from my appointment was definitely the best part of the stay.
Overall, I would book here again if I needed to be downtown.
We had a great stay. Check in was easy and fast. We used the early luggage hold, which is the best amenity. The breakfast was excellent and all areas were clean and peaceful. The location is also one of the best features.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very attentive and super helpful whenever we had questions. The included breakfast had a good variety of options, and we especially liked that you could make your own waffles.
My only con was the elevator situation. Of the three elevators, only one was working, which resulted in longer wait times. You also need your room key card to select your floor, which can be a little difficult when carrying multiple bags or handling luggage.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very disappointing. The scrambled eggs were served ice cold, which we were told by another couple that had been there all week the eggs were cold every day.
When we walked in the room, it smelled really nice. The bed was nice and tidy. The towel was rolled up perfectly. The conditioner bottle was empty but the front desk gave new one when asked. The breakfast was great and they gave free popcorn some nights

Room was mostly clean.
Valet parking was super easy and convenient.
Breakfast was included and very well organized. Staff were replenishing food items and keeping the buffet area clean and appetizing.
The hotel location is perfect, literally 2-3 minutes walk to the famous Chicago riverwalk, 7 minutes walk to the Millennium park, the bus stops are also within 5 minutes range. The breakfast is amazing, also have 24 hours coffee station. Very family friendly, I really recommend this hotel to everyone.
I loved this hotel, good price, very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, decent breakfast, very convenient and with easy access to all tourist attractions.
I highly recommend it and I will return here on my next visit to Chicago.
Thank you Hampton and all the staff in general.
