Great city place

This unit served our family of five well for a few days get away in the city. The hot water went out while we were there but the owner communicated and responded timely. It was a bit dusty, as if it hadn't been occupied in some time, but otherwise it was fine. Can't beat the location and Old Town is awesome.

engagement weekend

This place is wonderful! IOur entire family came up to Chicago for a surprise party and we were able to all fit in the apartment. The location was within walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

Perfect girls trip getaway!

LOVED staying here -- place is large and so cute -- exactly like the photos. We were so comfortable lounging on the huge sofa yet still had plenty of room to have our own space in the large bedrooms and big kitchen. Our host was extremely responsive and had lots of great recommendations. Location was perfect with tons of places to eat, grab coffee and have a drink nearby.

Great house and location

We stayed for a weekend with our grown children and their significant others and this was a perfect set up and location. The rooms are really big and the house is in walking distance of so many great restaurants and bars. We will be back!

We had 8 people staying and never felt tight. The location was perfect. The only thing we could say that was a critique was the light in the common area. It is too dim to play games

Clean - Spacious - Great Location!

What a beautiful, clean and updated apartment! Stayed with 4 girlfriends - the 3 bathrooms were a great plus and also has 4 comfortable bedrooms. Our host was amazing - always available via text to answer any questions. She shared restaurant recommendations, shopping, and things to do nearby. Highly recommend!

Great spot for families

The location in Old Town provides numerous options for activities close by. The unit was great for families. We had enough separation to give folks some privacy. But plenty of space for kids to play. The unit was well stocked with cribs, air mattresses, toys, to accommodate various ages.

Great property and great host!

This was a great location for our family to gather over the holidays. Sarah, the host, communicated all of the checkin details very clearly, and was always quick to respond. The property was clean and well equipped throughout. The location was also great - plenty of restaurants within just a few blocks, and only about a mile from Michigan Ave! We will gladly stay here again in the future.

A terrific spacious place to spend time with friends!

Marathon weekend!

Perfect location with access to great restaurants and a beautiful and cozy place to hang out before and after our family marathon weekend. I even popped into the entry way to drop off my extra shirt midway through the race. Everything was great.

Perfect location and lots of space

We had 2 families with 4 Twenty something age kids. We all had space to spread out and to hang out in this apartment. Beautifully decorated and included everything we needed. The location in old town is great and close to lots of restaurants and bars and just a few blocks from the train to get to other areas. Couldn’t ask for much more.

Wonderful place, great neighborhood.

We had a great time. The space and neighborhood were fantastic. Check in and communication with the property manager was superb. We would definitely go again. The upstairs neighbor was pretty loud most evenings on the weekend. Perhaps I’m just getting old!

Great Old Town Stay

Our family was in town for a wedding. As we had an infant and a few family members we felt we needed more space than a hotel room. This property certainly fulfilled the need. It’s a beautiful property, lots of space, very comfortable. Very clean. I would say the only concern we had was the stairs. Lots of stairs being in the 3rd floor. Probably to be expected in the city but for anyone with those concerns it should be noted. Communication with owner is amazing, couldn’t ask for better assistance or response. The area has everything, very safe. Having parking right next door was also very helpful. We loved the city especially this time of year, the holidays.

Perfect Family Stay

12 plus a 6 month old stayed here for the Great Gramps 70th birthday celebration. We were very comfortable -a bonus was the huge living room with seating for everyone. Super location. Coffee shops near, plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and redline L or brown line within walking distance. No real complaints other than it takes forever for the shower to get hot water but we learned to adjust. Michelle did a great job of communicating every step of the way. If I texted her I received a text back within minutes. We would definitely stay again.
