The mini split AC unit had a tick tick tick sound every time the fan ran so that made it a little annoying and the elevator next to my room was stuck in a constant dialing sound. At first, I was told it was normal and then I was told, they were waiting on part. The poolside guy was great and attentive and cheerful, but the front desk people were a bit offputting. Hot tub on site. Parking was around the front but we could unload near room. Driving to Sedona was fine, about 20-25 minutes. Nice stay overall."
