“There are some noisy on second floor at almost at 9 in the morning”

“Everything about our stay was just lovely. The property was very clean overall. The outdoor patio area could have been blown off a bit more, but that’s a very minor detail. The room itself was extremely clean, and the kitchen was spotless and very well equipped. It had everything you could possibly need for cooking. The only small additions that would have made it even better would be basics like olive oil. We also didn’t receive quite enough coffee for our three-day stay, so we had to stop by……

“Our stay was excellent!! The hot tub at the end of a long day of hiking was GREAT!! The room was very clean and we are glad we chose to stay here and the kids loved it.”

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”

“Very nice! We enjoyed our stay! Great location. Quieter than the main town, but very family friendly. In walking distance to Sedona shuttle which takes you to hiking, but a car is needed to get to most restaurants, shopping, etc. pools and hot tubs enjoyable!”

“I had high hopes for this place. The description said that we would be treated more than a number, as soon as we checked in, it felt rushed. There was an envelope with our name on it outside. A staff member I think came to show us where our room was again, felt rushed. In the description it said fresh fruit and snacks would be provided, there wasn’t any at all. There was a glass bottle of water, and some ice in the small fridge. Absolutely no snack, no fruit nothing. The breakfast menu gave us……
