“First thing- properly management and communication was probably the best we’ve experienced using VBRO. Very responsive and helpful. Check in/check out were a breeze- no overly complicated instructions. The house is nicely decorated and beds are super comfy. The house had everything needed for our stay from toiletries to cooking tools. My only improvement thoughts are the living room seating wasn’t too comfy or family friendly - more pillows and blankets may help. The garage remote was missing...

“If I could give this place more stars I would. The host is wonderful and very accommodating. She was also very kind when I lost her key card. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is clean and very comfortable. I would stay again next time we are in Dallas. Highly recommend this apartment. Great communication from the host. ”

“The original location didn’t even have the hot tub as advertised. There were pictures from a whole Nother building that represented the one I say that, so it felt like false advertising. They moved me to the one that was in the pictures. The hot tub didn’t work for some of the time was cold for some of the time was murky dirty water for some of the time the room was falling apart all over the place. The heater stopped working appliances were breaking.”

“Apartment in a very old building in East Dallas. Furnishings and decor are very nice.Floors are uneven from building settling. No hall light in back door entryway. Wood around door frame of back entry door is busted.We were there for baby in NICU at Baylor, and the location was ideal.”

“This place is awesome! Private parking included, modern amenities and the host, Andrew, is just a phone call away. The unit is equipped with all the amenities that you need in a home away from home. It boast a lovely flower garden with fountains and benches! We stayed for 6 days and it was a short drive to the convention center, Deep Elum, and all the city's attractions. Highly recommend!”

“We arrive and there is no one in the lobby. They have a 300 dollar deposit to send you by mail the room number and the Door Code and that email arrived around 2 in the morning, bad service but to collect the deposit alone busy 2 seconds”
