“The stay was fine for one night. Neighborhood was absolutely safe and friendly. A lot of places to go close by for dinner. Not convinced the size is worth the price but it was good for a weekend getaway. I would recommend but doesn’t really have any amenities. The parking spot designated is meant for a small vehicle. The back Pathway wasn’t cleared of ice and my husband had to handle it. I did message the host about the ice but didn’t get a response. Over all, it was ok. ”

“This property was perfectly located in Deep Elum and within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The pool was on the same floor and a perfect place to relax. The hosts were attentive and easy to reach.”

“If I could give this place more stars I would. The host is wonderful and very accommodating. She was also very kind when I lost her key card. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. It is clean and very comfortable. I would stay again next time we are in Dallas. Highly recommend this apartment. Great communication from the host. ”
