“It started with checkin. We reserved a room facing the lake and was told this type rrom was not available. The lobby and hallway had a very bad smell. The room did not have any hand or shower soap. The breakfast buffet was disgusting. We asked the hotel for our money back so we could find another hotel...they said is was non-refundable. This was my first experience with Expedia and will be my last”
