“Need to get rid of the Roaches, walls are super thin as are the floors. Many times the desk was under manned or non at all. Shower leaks and the Tub was clogged. Overall what I was expecting form an already low rating Hotel”

“Wonderful home away from home. Susan was very helpful and quick to respond. Everything was stocked and clean. The animals are friendly and loved the children.”

“The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the grass was tall. Look like it hadn't been mowed in weeks. Other then that everything was perfect. The house was very clean, couldn't tell that they were a pet friendly place. The house is tucked in a quite neighborhood right off of 75 and an exit away from East Ridge TN.”

“One bedroom with a Queen adjustable firm to soft for both sides. Was comfortable. Has an older charm to it, very clean. Had everything you would need. Had private entrance and yard in back to relax if needed. Home was located within 10 minutes of Jordan Softball/Baseball Park which is why my daughter and I were visiting Chatanooga. Would Stay at this place again.”

“The cottage was the cutest place I’ve ever stayed and felt so welcoming. I loved the theme and how comfortable the house was. The host was so easy to communicate with.”

“The main reason we booked this property was due to it being pet friendly as we were traveling though town with our dogs. We were disappointed with the “backyard”, as it was not much of a backyard at all and we had a very difficult time going down the dangerous stairs and lack there of to get down to the open space. The open space was turf which was nice but it was covered with dead leaves and fallen sticks. The apartment itself was ok, nothing too exciting however the air vents were covered...

“A very nice and comfortable cottage. Our stay was short but enjoyed the time we spent here. Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee lakeside as the sun rises over the mountains. I would stay again if the opportunity ever was to come again!”
