“The staff was great, the food was excellent, however housekeeping was not the best. They forgot to replace my towels and wash cloth every time and the bathroom didnt have a pleasent odor . I suggest a better cleaning solution should be used.”

“The pool was often dirty with debris. The food lacked flavor overall and there was not much to do. The staff was okay but enforced rules that were not enforced for other guests. I would not visit this property or Costa Rica again. I stayed from 5/14 - 5/18. ”

“This property was better than the pictures online. Well maintained and beautiful environment. The thermal pools were amazing. There were wild turkey’s roaming the property that was a site to see. The staff were great. The view of arenal volcano is breathtaking. Just wish this was an all inclusive resort. I would stay here again.”

The transportation staff were top-tier and their driving abilities are unmatched. The only thing is that I did call and asked for the in room snacks to be stocked, but that was never done during my time.”
