"Room was super clean! Housekeeping was very polite and respectful and did a thorough job. All staff and management were helpful and made my stay a pleasure. Also, new mattresses were replaced with brand new pillow tops while I was there ... Which also meant I got a peek under the beds .... Not a speck of dust under there! Very impressed! "I stay at most Hilton properties when I travel or need lodging. This property was nice and friendly (especially, Alexis). However, I had no phone and no TV working, but the Staff accommodated me with 2 extra hours check out time at 1 PM (which was a thoughtful consideration and very much appreciated). Kudos to the Assistant House Manager, who extended my stay! I love my Hilton properties!"

"It was a great stay,i got in early n got a better discount,Everything was clean n no bed bugs as others said. POOL is not thecsame om brochure but i never got time to get in it anyway.Breakfast needs to be bettr,not many choices but i got coffee with real milk😀Beds are not as fluffly as i like but my bed was covered on bottom with plastic n not hard😀 I was didappointed that tgere was no dryer in my room but girl up at office saud tgey dont have dryers or coffee machines in the room,but frudge n microwave worked n was clean I recommend this is a good hotel n brightly lit n no troubles on my trip Hope your stay is good too😀,ps.Use a sound machine,neighbor next door kept tvsuper loud,but i used my sound machine😀"

"It was a charming cottage . Comfy seating , comfy beds . Great screened back porch . Well and thoughtfully equipped. I particularly loved the bubble bath left for use in the claw foot tub. If you have any reason to stay in Cookeville , this is your place ! "

"It was decent, definitely not any fancy amenities—though there was an outdoor pool available that we didn’t end up using. we stayed because it was within 30 minutes of bonnaroo—but that ended up getting cancelled and they refused to refund us for the room. Essentially stranded, we finished our stay and found that the facilities were normal and served their purpose. the area of town it is in is definitely a tad sketchy but again, all of the essential stores like Walmart, quick eats and gas stations are nearby. i would honestly stay here again but not for anything other than a festival lol. "
