“We were expecting our room to be cleaned the next day; however to our surprise we were told that we had to request the service. No one at the front desk informed us when we checked in. Also we had to request for more towels and shampoos etc. they had not provided adaquetly. Also, for a large size hotel like this one, it was disappointing to find that they have no swimming pool and hot tub.”

“Lots of staff to keep property clean. Will refresh room but you need to ask for it to be done. Front desk staff personable and friendly. Towels available by the pool. Currently you cannot charge food from the Tiki Kove or Tiki Hut to room but may happen in the future.”

“The location was convenient and the room was big and there was a nice complimentary breakfast. The bathroom was also big and well appointed with toiletries. However, our room carpet was wet and smelled musty and the room was very humid. Perhaps there was a problem with plumbing or something... Otherwise we liked the place and it was good value!”

“Great stay on the bay! Recommended. With patio or balcony bay side is nice. Kayaks and such out on the bay beach.”
