“Pros The location is close to the beach. Cons The room was very dirty specifically the floor. Housekeeping had to be requested each day despite paying the exorbitant price for the room The room was basic and felt more like a cheap motel The AC went out during the stay and had to be replaced. Overall there are far better options in the area.”

“Parking was a little hard and wish to have known about limited and paying parking but overall 5/5”

“All around, a great experience and about a 10-15 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach and Village.”

“The location was convenient and the room was big and there was a nice complimentary breakfast. The bathroom was also big and well appointed with toiletries. However, our room carpet was wet and smelled musty and the room was very humid. Perhaps there was a problem with plumbing or something... Otherwise we liked the place and it was good value!”

“Great stay on the bay! Recommended. With patio or balcony bay side is nice. Kayaks and such out on the bay beach.”

“Our room location was not what I expected. We were in the back facing the parking lot. We had to go up a large flight of outside stairs to get there and our other room was on the floor above us so they had to go up 2 flights of stairs. I rented this place for my daughters bachelorette weekend because I wanted one of the nicer hotels in Rehoboth. It was embarrasing, especially for what I paid.”

“We had a nice large/ clean room. Big Picture window to look out to the happenings on the street and see the sunset from our room. Downside was I was expecting a main level room. Husband has walking/ seeing issues. Turned it was quieter than the 1st level and roomier. Loved that we could extend our checkout until 2 PM. It let us relax in the morning and avoid the rush on the Coastal Hwy of folks leaving their rentals at 10 or 11:AM. That is well worth the extra $40 to save time in……

“I had paid for the King Suite and when I arrived at check in time 4, they had given my room away and put me in another room. This room was cheaper than the suite and they didnt refund the difference- they said it was an issue with Expedia. They did give me a credit for parking. I have stayed there before and it was fine, but not this time when there was a problem.”
