"We loved our stay here! The staff was excellent and truly made us feel well taken care of, and the rooms themselves were great. A couple of small things worth mentioning: our TV remote wasn't working, which was a bit of a bummer since the World Cup was on and it would've been nice to catch some games while getting ready in the evenings. The floor was also a little grimy when we arrived, though staff came promptly to clean it once we mentioned it. I did also point out some dust under the beds and was told it would be taken care of during cleaning, but it never quite got addressed — nothing major, but a bit of extra attention to those details would go a long way. Overall, though, we had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The team's warmth and hospitality really stood out."
