“Only thing I didnt like were the public toilets serving the bar and restruant. Room was good, staff were nice, good location.”

“I was robbed, they took the payment but refused me a stay for no reason. The staff on reception, a tall Indian man was very rude and disrespectful. Instead of welcoming me, his first words were “we need your bank card to charge you in case you smoke in the room or use any drinks”. I said can’t give you my card because the code and everything is visible on the same side plus I can’t see what you will do with it behind the counter. I said give me a paper and I will put down the info needed. Then……

“Lovely hotel, friendly staff and good sized rooms. However there was broken glass on the balcony, the bunkbeds for the children wobbled ridiculous everytime one of them moved and then in the morning my son found someone else’s socks under his pillow so clearly they hadn’t changed the beds from the last guests. I cannot believe a hotel can do that. It’s a real shame as the feel of the hotel was nice and it is in a beautiful location.”

“Had a lovely stay at the Waterfoot- all staff were really friendly and welcoming. Small room but clean and comfy. Ate both dinner and breakfast here and food was fantastic.”
