The only issue we had was not knowing ahead of time about having to pay $55 a night for parking our car.
Had a great experience at this hotel. The concierge was super friendly and was willing to bend over backwards for us to find us good restaurants and directions. The restaurant was fabulous too.

The staff was excellent. It was a little loud with slamming doors and airplanes, but that's to be expected for a hotel close to the airport. Reliable shuttle.

Stayed here maybe 6 times before and after it being a Trump hotel. Excellent staff here-- George the valet/bellman is excellent. A couple of times, we've been upgraded for free and the suites are very nice- spacious, well-appointed. Can't beat this location to be close to the financial district.
