"Great hotel nice facilities Food menu very limited not very good for price "

"Doesn't look much from the outside but lovely inside comfortable bed and clean modern room, our room window was broken at the top so very cold draft but cranked up the heating and it was fine. Shower was cold, and breakfast was served to late for us leaving and no staff to be seen unless you phone them, but for the money it was fine for what we needed."

"Great well priced hotel within the city centre. Walking distance to the train station. Be warned that no takeaway food is allowed on the premises which you don’t get told anywhere until in the room. Also they will take a bank card for possible damages then check you into a room with massive stains on the carpet."

"Room was clean & comfortable but very noisy, as it was above the function room. Disappointed that there was no option to have room service, though service in restaurant was very good; staff were friendly & helpful."

"Breakfast cooked to order, so not hanging around under those bright lights drying up. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Room very clean. Quite a small pool, but good fun with the kids, and I liked the sauna."

"Stay here regularly. We booked a more expensive king bed room, was told on arrival we had the best room however when we got there the room was far from an upgraded room and looked more tired than their standard room and wasn’t a king bed in it, the staff very kindly moved us to another room which was far better however it was so hot and even with the fan supplied on all night and window opened, it was uncomfortably hot. Great hotel, but I would choose the basic room in future as the upgraded ones aren’t as nice to be honest"

"Parking is to the side of the building which I didn’t see till after I already parked up, the bed was comfortable & the room was clean, the staff were helpful "
