"Everything was great. The pool was nice. The condo was big and spacious. The only thing that was annoying was one of the employees in the check in office wouldn’t give us pool towel on our last day. My flight didn’t leave until 10pm. So we left our luggage at the resort. We were going to enjoy the pool until we were leaving for the airport. But the employee said no we can’t give you towels. This is something we don’t do. Everything was great until that. Kind of gave me a bad taste in my mouth on our way out. "

"Check-in was easy. The staff is friendly and explained the parking situation well. I missed the free coffee hours in the morning as it is only available from 6-9am. Since there is no coffee in the rooms I wish coffee was available in the lobby longer. The beds were a little on the firm side. A/C worked great. Ample supplies were available for showering. The pool looked nice but I checked in later in the evening and stayed only one night so I didn’t get a chance to use it. The common areas between rooms are very serene and relaxing with beautiful bamboo trees."

"This place is great! I won’t ding this hotel anything because it’s my preference; I like firmer beds but the beds here were a little too soft for me. Overall would recommend! Everything in the city is walkable and the atmosphere is great."

"Absolutely superb. Randy thought of everything to make this a quiet, friendly, comfortable place to stay. A quiet retreat. It put a dent in our tourist activities, though, because we didn’t want to leave! It’s good to do some grocery shopping before you get there, as there are minimal food options in the immediate area."

"Great communication with Host. Very thorough with instructions and we appreciated the beach items: towels, chairs, small ice chest, noodles etc. Also, a very nice stocked kitchen: pot, pans, etc. Overall a very nice place to relax."

"This has been one of the most special places I’ve ever been to. The sounds of the forest at night are surreal and can touch your soul. I’ve only spent one night at the cabin but I will never forget my time here. The cabins are super cute, clean, and comfortable. The short path to the lodge with bathrooms is marked by some torches on the ground at night. The sky cleared up in the middle of the night so I could enjoy the stars while walking to the lodge. AMAZING."

"Every member of the staff was so friendly and kind. When they found out we we were celebrating our anniversary, they surprised us with chocolate covered strawberries and wine. My daughters and I loved seeing the sea turtles every day. This place is truly magical. "

"The ocean view property we booked was very spacious and comfortable for a party of 4. The view was amazing. It was definitely the highlight of the property. Waking up to the view and being able to just take it all in at anytime of the day was well worth having an ocean view. The pool was very comfortable. It wasn’t too cold or too warm, just perfect. Not to mention that it wasn’t crowded at all times. Customer service at the front desk was excellent. All the workers were very friendly. Check in and check out was very easy and smooth process. Just a couple things that were not great during our stay. One, the elevator wasn’t working for the entire stay. It was a pain to carry our luggage up three floors. The daily back and forth up and down the stairs became so routine it was like a built in workout! The morning we left (after staying there for 6 days), the elevator started working so we didn’t have to carry our luggage down. Second, the parking could be a challenge as far as getting your vehicle out easily. We had a 4 door jeep wrangler and it was easy to park in the garage but some spots were hard to directly get out. In some spots you had to maneuver and do many steps to get out so be mindful of where you park. Bigger vehicles are better off parking in the outside stalls to avoid getting stuck."

"The room felt newly refreshed. There was easy access by a short staircase from the parking lot to the room. The bed and couch were a bit too hard for my taste, but that’s a personal preference. It was great having a washer/dryer in the unit and also to get a room clean halfway through which I was not expecting."

"The view of this property was simply out of this world amazing. Every single morning we felt like we were in heaven! The room was lovely with plenty of space for everyone in our party. It almost felt like we were in a place outside of time. We will definitely be coming back here."

"This rental was absolutely the perfect way to start out our Hawaii vacation. The gardens outside were absolutely beautiful and the view of the ocean couldn't be beat! We wish we had more time there to relax on top of all tourist stuff we did. The room was comfortable and matched the listing exactly.There is a short, steep hill that you need to climb to get to the unit (although you probably could have walked around the other house to avoid the hill) so be aware of you have mobility issues...just an FYI...not a complaint.We highly recommend this rental!!"
