“This was our 5th trip to Big Island and our favorite accommodations by far. Fairways is a perfect little gated complex with a great layout in a location close to the grocery store, golf course and Fairmont. Our 9-year old enjoyed exploring around the complex in a pack with other kids, checking out all the plants and wildlife (including a flock of wild turkeys!!). “This place was amazing! So clean and SO creative. Lots of cute frog-themed touches. They definitely put heart in to developing this oasis. Definitely arrive in the afternoon if possible so you can enjoy the property. The waterfalls and creeks are gorgeous! Be sure to eat before you arrive or bring food, as nearby options are limited. “Me and my fiancé stayed for 3 nights and this was an amazing place. The view, we were waking up to, was truly magical. There's everything you might need, from refrigerator and cooktop through shower with hot water. Kim is a very attentive and hospitable host. We had no problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to everybody who is looking for some solitude or juat trying to discover less touristy north and north east part of Big Island.”
