“Quiet and comfortable”

“Requested connecting rooms through the app. Hotel directly to confirm request. When we arrived on site to check in rooms were not connecting. Staff initially attempted to lie to me and told me the rooms were connecting when they clearly would be on opposite side of the hallway. More senior staff was them brought in and simply told me that they did not do as I had requested. No apologies was offered. No assistance was offered.”

“It is a older building but they have renovated the rooms well. The breakfast was good with muffins, oats, eggs, cold cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, and juice. There is a paid laundry onsite and close to downtown Omaha.”

“We had a wonderful stay here despite having some plumping issues in the first room we were given. Upon notifying staff of the issues we were having, we got upgraded to a larger room at no cost. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding. Both rooms were nice and clean. The free breakfast was also fantastic. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Property was clean and staff professional. Parking was disappointing as it was for a fee only.”

“Our air conditioning unit had a noise it was reported but never fixed”
