“The hotel is nice but it’s not so luxurious! Something about the room looked dated the furniture was cheap. There was no wow factor. The lobby is nice and the food was great. We had a relaxing spa session. Kayla at the front desk is a jewel. The drinks were delicious and strong! All the staff were terrific and just so pleasant and attentive. We will return!!!”

“This resort’s best days are behind it. There is so much wear and tear, and instead of renovating, they just continue putting a bandaid on it. Every time it rained, our windows leaked and we had puddles on the floor. Maintenance came and sealed the windows, but another leak would find its way through. The furniture is old and worn and our couch was so stained that we couldn’t sit on it. The first night at the property, I asked for face towels and confirmed with the front desk staff twice that I……

“The room doors needed to be fix the wind blows the door all night like if someone was trying to get in room, Also no ventilation in the bathroom, basically there rooms need a upgrade..”

“Beautiful setting, good food and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The building and pools were definitely aging and in need of a facelift. Beach in this area is very rocky and full of seaweed, therefore didnt spend much time in the ocean. I do wish some of the noise from traffic on the road could be blocked, it made sitting on the balcony in the early mornings a little less enjoyable. Long drive from Montego Bay airport, but in my opinion well worth it for the privacy.”
