“Location was where I needed to be”

“Excellent hotel. There is no carpet in the rooms which was great for people with allergies and cleanliness. Staff was very pleasant everyday. Would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“I like how polite and professional the front desk staff and breakfast staff were during our stay. The breakfast was good, biscuit bottoms could be a little toaster, However, I was disappointed that there were no other options for protein or meats for breakfast. There were no turkey or chicken options (bacon/sausage) for those that don’t consume pork or beef.”

“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”

“Awesome stay only problem was the tweeker walking around the property screaming at absolutely nothing it was funny but unacceptable. He kept going in and out of the woods in the back”

“I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!”

“Look, I don’t expect perfection, but this Hampton has gone down hill. Staff was great at check-in, but there was mildew in four spots on the ceiling, soap scum in the shower, and a whole loaf of moldy bread at breakfast. The toilet squealed when refilling and the AC fan rattled loud between cycles, waking us up. If it had been one or two of these things, I might get it, but this is lack of excellence and just laziness across the board. We stay here 2-4 times per year. Time to look elsewhere.”
