“The room was very clean and updated. Staff at check in was friendly. Very nice hotel and would definitely recommend it. It’s in a really good location for activities and shopping. ”

We had a small issue with bedding that was quickly resolved. The furniture looked brand new. No issues with parking. I’d definitely stay here again. ”

“I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.”

“I like the parking space and its availability. I did not like the dust hidden in the corners of the bedrooms, under the couch and drawers, and the dust I had to clean out the dryer before initial use. Also, the ice tray in the freezer was dirty, but the refrigerator was clean. I like how quiet and peaceful it was at night to sleep and how clean and soft the bed was. The hotel was at a good location so I can travel to my destinations quickly. Would recommend this hotel with some constructive……

“I said I need a quiet room far away from the road, but the lady still gave me the room so close to the road, I pretty sure there is lot empty rooms in the motel . So I can’t sleep well at night cause the noise!”

“Room was nice and big; bed was comfortable. Overall room and facility was clean. Kitchen was great and a big plus. There is some noise transfer from room to room as well as floor to floor, however it was generally quiet fairly quickly after quiet time. ”

Rooms were nicely decorated, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. This will definitely be my go-to next time I am in Huntsville. Thank you! ”
