"The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious.. but a bit on the expensive side hitting you with 40 bucks a day in resort fees. Also, this is not the place if you want to enjoy the beach. The beach area is very rocky which I guess the hotel tries to make up for with multiple pools. I guess this hotel is more for people who like to play sports, golf.. Also the hotel food is WAY overpriced for the quality. Breakfast buffet was decent but expect to pay close to 40 bucks per person. If you want good reasonably priced food and a nice beach.. go with another property closer to Old San Juan or Isabella."

"Do NOT stay at Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort. The “oceanfront” room was not oceanfront at all. The room smelled like mildew, had mold in the air unit, peeling paint on the balcony, and dust and hair all over the floors. The floors were so dirty when you wiped them the rag was black. We checked in and wanted to leave immediately because it was so dirty, outdated, unsafe for my children and they still charged us for one night. This is not a resort experience. Avoid at all costs."

"This property is a few minutes from the airport. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed playing at the casino. It rained so we didn’t get to use the pool but the area looks nice. The area has restaurants, pharmacies and the beach in walking distance. I will definitely stay here again."

"I picked this Hampton Inn because the price was reasonable. I didn’t expect it would be one of the nicest Hampton Inns I’ve visited. When I walked into the spacious lobby, I could see the pool with a cabana bar & grill. The evening cocktail hour was well attended by a diverse group of guests. After a longer-than-expected nap, I expected the grill would be closed. Instead, I found more than a dozen people still gathered near the cabana while the grill was ready to make my burger to order! "
