"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The setting was perfect - clean air, green grass, great views, and horses right outside the door. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea, and the owner even offered to leave some groceries for our arrival, although we declined. We wish we could have stayed a few more days, but real life called us away from this small bit of paradise. We hope to come back for another and hopefully longer stay."

"The house was just as described, and Tammy, our contact, was helpful and answered every question I had quickly. The house was beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed for a memorable stay. There were ladies ranging in age from 35 to 87, and the only issue any of us had was the bed in one of the bedrooms was too high ffer older people to get on. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable and plentiful, and extra pillows blankets, and towels for the pool were available. The pool was wonderful for coming home after a hot day at the creation museum and the ark to cool off. We would definitely stay here again."

"This wonderful cabin, high top of hill above the Ohio river, and across from the east end of Maysville Kentucky is just almost beyond words. The big porch across the front with rocking chairs to watch the barges go up and down the river and the trains go up and down on the Kentucky side. Even though it’s quite rustic with original cabin walls on part of it, the appointments are lovely; almost as though the owners live there. Unusual in a rental and really appreciate it!I track birds on my phone based on their song; 12 different ones at a time! We only live two hours away and so many that we never have at home.It rained one morning and the most amazing rainbow happened that started on the Kentucky side and came all the way across to literally right behind our cabin! It hung there for over a half an hour.Very close to my family‘s home and we were able to go and look at things that are sweet memories to me."

"What a blessing to be in such a welcoming home! I kept referring it as The Homestead. Wish there was a pool, as we enjoyed being on the grounds, but it was just so hot being outside, but we made do and even had smores at the fire pit one evening. After a day at The Ark encounter came back and just relaxed, that’s when we could have enjoyed a dip in a pool if there was one. The animals were such an added blessing which was such a delight for all my grandkids!"

"The house was great. Kids loved the pool and petting the baby horses and cows. We had plenty of space for our big family. There was so much more provided than the listing says. There was a pack n play, baby swing and some other baby stuff. They also provided separate pool towels and plenty of bath towels. Plenty of extra toilet paper and cleaning supplies as well!"
