Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations, especially for a brand that promotes consistency and quality. The bathroom door was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall sanitation of the room. In addition, the sink faucet was loose and unstable, making it difficult to use and giving the impression that routine maintenance is being overlooked. These issues are……

“The hospitality desk gal was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast because we had an early morning Dr appointment to get to. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. ”

“The shower needs some rethinking. The door has to be open to set the temperature of the water and gets water all over the floor. The pressure is way too high with the head that is on it. It should have a larger head that is adjustable for softer flow. The soap dispensers are behind the water fall and should be moved to the side wall so you don’t have to reach thru the water to get soap. ”
