“Todo el personal muy amable, nos regalaron unos detalles sorpresa, Alberca grande, actividades para niños, adultos, variedad de restaurantes, a pie de playa, comunicacion entre los 4 hoteles del El CID, en general todo muy bien, habitación con vista al mar y a la alberca solo la habitación que nos tocó tenía algunos detalles, sobre todo el baño le falta remodelación, de ahí en más todo excelente ”

“Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen, instalaciones viejas, personal atiende de mala gana, comida malísima y el todo incluido solo tienen 3 o 4 opciones y te dan a elegir. Pésimo servicio, refrigerador sin funcionar, aire viejo hace mucho ruido. El personal trabaja enojado. Cero lo recomiendo. ”
