“While the rooms were very nice and the staff members were polite, our overall experience was so terrible that I am never coming back and cannot recommend this resort to anyone. Easily the worst part of our stay was the pools, which were extremely dirty, filled with hair, vomit, and floating food and drink residue while people swam fully clothed, forcing us to barely even use them. On top of that, there was zero room amenity like a mini-bar, the lobby was perpetually packed with no air……

“We went for 1 week with my husband and other family members. We loved our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious at the specialty restaurants; we tried the Argentinian and the Italian, our room was clean and we had fun at the adults only pool. All in all, our stay was very would highly recommend staying at El Cid Castilla Mazatlán. Thanks to all for making our stay a beautiful experience.”

“Habitación limpia Vista a la playa perfecto El personal muy atento El estacionamiento , los espacios muy pegados. En el área de la alberca poca sombra y camastros. Me gustaría televisión mas grande. La habitación que nos tocó estubo muy bien, con media cocineta y refrigerador grande, perfecto. En lo personal me gusta mucho el hotel es la cuarta vez que nos ospedamos ahi”
