“We went for 1 week with my husband and other family members. We loved our stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious at the specialty restaurants; we tried the Argentinian and the Italian, our room was clean and we had fun at the adults only pool. All in all, our stay was very would highly recommend staying at El Cid Castilla Mazatlán. Thanks to all for making our stay a beautiful experience.”

“Buen hotel, un poco viejos sus muebles pero bien cuidados, muy limpio, sábanas y toallas impecables, nuestra habitación se veía antigua con piso, pero porque traíamos perrita y esa eran la designadas para mascotas, dicen q tienen otras habitaciones remodeladas muy bonitas no se.. el personal amable pero quedaron de avisarnos si nos podían entregar la habitación antes de la hora porque llegamos temprano y nunca nos llamaron yo tuve q estar dando vueltas para preguntar y media hora antes ya……
