“We had bugs in and out our room”

“Room larger than expected. Great for traveling with a small child needing a pack and play. ”

“Great hotel, the room was odd in its layout with the bed facing the window and the TV on the side.”

“The entrance to the hotel is terrible. You are basically turning left from a roundabout into parking lot with other businesses without clear directions.”

“The property is dated, however the new owners appear to be sinking a lot of time, money, and effort into the property and renovations. Once done, I'm sure it will be a great place to stay. Kudos to the welcoming and helpful staff! On a side note, Expedia staff is terrible. Customer service at Expedia is the least helpful of about any company I have ever dealt with. Both myself and hotel management had a terrible time trying to communicate with them when there was a system glitch at……

“This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We asked to switch rooms because I found hair, debris and a mini flashlight in the bed upon arrival. When we switched rooms we were moved to a room with huge black stains on the carpet, food in the fridge and a delightful smell of smoke and urine. The elevator was broken so we took the stairs and no one cleaned up the vomit in the stairwell for over 24hrs. We also found pills on the floor, and one in the bed (in the new room). “The stay was great The only problem we had was the storm that threw out the elevators and the hot water. Thank goodness we were only on the 2nd floor. The first night was not good but they got it working the second night. The staff was were nice. The breakfast was a delight. And the room was comfortable.”

“This house was everything I expected with using as a bridal suite for my wedding. House was well cleaned and ready for my bridal party and the owners were quick to respond to any issues that raised. Definitely will consider additional stays in the future! ”
