“Arrived at 11 PM went up to my room pulled my covers back on the bed and there was four huge blood stains on the sheets. A little traumatized I went down to the front desk and they gave me another room. in the morning, I went down to get my proposed free free breakfast and the front desk person was very cold and rude stating she had no idea about any of the stated issues. I was very offended and she hesitantly gave me another free breakfast card. Due to her being so rude I went back to explain……

“My granddaughters had fun!”

“Stayed for one night while visiting the Iowa State Fair. Super clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Free breakfast. Plus, the beds and pillows were amazing (and I’m super picky)!”

“There was hair in the bathtub and top of bed. I told the desk person and they didn’t care. They just said ok. Not a clean place. Smoke free room smelled of stale smoke and had nicotine yellow drip makes down walls.”

“Clean room, comfortable beds, bountiful breakfast.”

“Everything is nice here. Only reason I gave it 4 not 5 is because there was only a little amount of toilet paper left for us. Petty but important.”

“I was very impressed with everything about this hotel! It was clean, quiet, and had everything that you could possibly need. Our room was spacious and plenty room for the 5 of us.”

“The hot tub was broken, but they didn’t advertise that. We picked at the hotel because it had a hot tub. The carpets were definitely dirty room kind of smelled. The sheets and towels were clean.”

“My entire problem with this facility is they charged the wrong card and the issue is still not resolved”

“The room was clean: the air conditioning in our room did not keep temperature at all. The staff was nice: The contintental breakfast was mediocre at best. Breakfast on Sundays last until 930, we got there at 845 and everything was empty.”

“There was nobody at the bar some of the time and the bistro was closed”
