“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. Next, I couldn’t work out, because the AC was out of order in the Fitness center, and “they were working on it.” next, the reason everyone stays at this hotel is the beautiful scenery of the Cuyahoga river from the patio.
