“It was very clean, very very cute, you don’t have direct view of the lake from the porch but there’s a super cute little pond and the lake is a ten second walk from the cabin. If you’re worried about the AC don’t be, it works incredibly well and never gave us any issues!”

“The carriage house is exactly what I needed for a short day. There were some slight issues checking in, but the host got them resolved pretty quickly. The house is very clean and comfortable. I know previous reviews mentioned heating issues, but that wasn’t a concern because there were heaters in every room. The location was perfect for what I needed and had beautiful views. Overall, I’m really happy with where I chose.”

“Much needed family retreat! We lost our daughter-in-law last year, so we postponed our family vacation until this year. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. It was a great time of healing and renewal. The house is charming, but a little drafty. Plenty of rooms for our large family. We had a bit of trouble getting in on the first day (not the fault of the host), but Vasili was very responsive and we figured out the problem. Beautiful location!”

“Joshua's place was a FANTASTIC place to use as a "homebase" for touring the Saratoga Springs area. We were in town to tour historical sites and the close proximity to Saratoga National Battlefield, U.S. Grant's Cottage and even Ft. Ticonderoga (a short hour+ drive through the beautiful countryside) was the best feature. The natural and serene community surrounding the house made you feel a world away from the city yet it was only a short drive to wonderful restaurants, shopping and the race……

“The desk staff are beginning friendly and helpful, and they give you parking right away when you arrive. However, once you go out and come back, there may be no parking available because the hotel staff block the empty spaces and say they are reserved for special guests. You then have to park in the basement at your own risk. There is no camera nothing”
