“On Saturday morning, the 3rd of October, I went to the front desk to let the receptionist know that there was a strong sewer-like smell coming from the water in the bathroom sink/faucet in Room 141. She told me that the water in Yuma smells that way. I explained that I disagreed because this was my third stay at the hotel and I had never experienced this issue before. What made the interaction more frustrating was that she repeatedly interrupted me and did not allow me to finish explaining the……

“Staffs were nice and polite. However the room was a bit old, heater was dusty; soundproofing was bad, you could hear people walking and talking outside; no hair dryer no shampoo; furnitures were scratched.”

“Third time staying here. It was just ok this time around. There was a terrible smell in the elevator and in the halls that persisted during our stay. It smelled like sewage. Thankfully, it didn’t seem to be in the room. I reported this to the front desk just in case they were unaware of the stench and could address it. I also called after our stay (same day) to report an item left in the room. I was told housekeeping was gone for the day and door locked and they couldn’t check until the……
